Kesumawati Syafei, S.H., LL.M.
Wati holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Boston University School of Law, with a focus on banking and financial law. She has nearly 25 years of professional experience at Bank Indonesia, where she was involved in financial regulation, banking and monetary law, and public policy.
Her experience includes providing legal advice on cross-border matters and representing Indonesia in international negotiations and forums such as the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Indonesia–Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (IJEPA), and the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA). She has also acted as legal counsel for Bank Indonesia in a number of matters and is a registered member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), bringing strong institutional insight and regulatory expertise to her legal practice.

Iwan Priyatno, S.H.
Iwan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, with extensive experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution. His expertise was further refined during his tenure as Partner at Sholeh, Adnan & Associates and Lutfie Hakim & Partners Law Offices. Prior to co-founding AP&S, he successfully handled hundreds of litigation cases for both corporate and individual clients, demonstrating strong courtroom advocacy and strategic case management.
Throughout his career, Iwan has developed a strong specialization in corporate disputes within the mining, infrastructure, and plantation sectors, as well as in general and special criminal matters, business competition cases, and arbitration proceedings. He is a registered member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and remains committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in legal practice.

Sentot is a law graduate of the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws at the University of Indonesia with a focus on natural resources law. His professional background includes serving as a Public Lawyer at the Health Legal Aid Institute, Associate at Sholeh Adnan & Associates, Partner at AHN Lawyers (now AHHN Lawyers), and Founder of Sedayu & Partners Lawyers.
Sentot has handled a wide range of complex matters, including environmental disputes, medical malpractice, corruption cases, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and legal due diligence in the mining, plantation, infrastructure, and construction sectors. He is a registered member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Financial Sector Legal Consultants Association (HKHSK).

Dedi Kurniawan is a senior legal professional with over 25 years of experience in corporate law, litigation, and regulatory compliance within the energy sector. A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, he has held key legal roles within the Pertamina Group, providing strategic advisory across multiple business lines, including contract structuring, regulatory engagement, and legal risk management.
Throughout his career at Pertamina and in private legal practice, Dedi has been actively involved in corporate transactions, dispute resolution, and energy-related legal matters, including geothermal and regulatory compliance issues. He is a registered member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and is known for his disciplined legal judgment, strong stakeholder coordination, and ability to integrate legal strategy with operational and business objectives in dynamic regulatory environments.
